How to Make Change Work for You
There isn't really a one sized sall formula to how change around diversity, equity and inclusion always moves forward. But perhaps there are a few patterns out there that you have noticed in your work that you could help us to identify. I've worsted them for organizations over the airs. This is my least favorite way to try and create a change. It makes it hard to get things done. And part of that is because it comes off to everyone, both internally and externally, as just being money and immage restoration.
