How to Rebalance the Lightning Network?

One strategy that has been really useful for me is directly trying to re balance the channels, but not by doing like these circular repayments. And also wondering if you've got any comments around some of the lightning communities that are sprouting up a now. Why would you want to use those? I love the communities. i think the hude shout out to plevnet with their girthy channels and and hilarious references. The other one, actually, the other ones, the netherlands. They have a robust community fromikea, a tiny country, is apparently just full of lightning nodes. And we get a significant amount of traffic from the netherland's.
