The Problems With Quantum Gravity
In quantum gravity, there's a big mess of problems. Part A is that the formalism seems to be static and you don't have a normalizable wave function. So it seems impossible to define probabilities. In De Broglie-Bohm theory, not involving gravity, just on a given background spacetime, normally in this theory, people assume that the Bohm rule is one of the axioms of the theory. The scale factor of the universe can grow, contract, and evolve. You've got these problems even in the pilot wave theory of quantum gravity.
