Dana Nessel's Indictment of Fannie Willis
Dana Nessel, the attorney general of Michigan, has indicted fake electors in her state. She's charged forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery and election law forgery. These are intrinsically state claims; there's not really any overlap into a federal prosecution. The interesting question that I have looking at this is not only whether Fannie Willis will follow suit,. And I suspect we might see one or more.
