Are We Moving in That Direction?

I think the terms communism and fascism are they need to be looked at historically. They emerge from the Industrial Revolution in the 19th and 20th centuries, where you had masses of people being lifted out of poverty. And so with the advent of industrialization, people began to for the first time move out of this poverty. But it was an extremely violent process; there was a lot of exploitation. So I would suggest that the economy, the political economies of the world are moving in a direction that a French economist called Dioriges says is not a full command economy. Right.
