Some of the money that would come his way was money that was supposed to go to poor people in Mississippi. Brett Favre had to have some idea because they couldn't just take this money from the welfare program and put it into the volleyball stadium. What's not being done there is any programming for people in poverty. They held one event and it was a healthy teens rally. It was a rally that they were holding at places across the state that they would bring teenagers in and talk to them about things like cyber bullying, suicide prevention and teen pregnancy.
