Top performers set good boundaries they know that being successful at work means you're also a successful human being in your life outside of work. Some of those boundaries setting norms have really uh frayed over the last few years and so i think there's a big focus on what do healthy boundaries look like for an environment where physical location of home and work are a little bit more fluid. There's no question that highest performers take time to think and process and ideate sometimes they do that by themselves or with others but it's hard for organizations to understand the importance of that.
