In your history of ideas about prenatial culture, you delve into its role as a folk science and how it gained a strong footing. And what lessons does this history have for contemporary discussions to day? Is my first question. For example, how does this relate to similar discussions about pre natalen influences, or even the widespread misinformation provided by the antivax movement? Am sohine: We don't expect or know really a world where a public health claims of this sort are simply absorbed and taken up by an unquestioning public.
