Interview Techniques - I Love Asking Questions

It's hard not to feel like we're cutting you off, though t, yes, i agree. Your questions are so good, they prompt all these thoughts. But my passion is an interviewer is to find what's amazing about each person i get in front of the mike and goad them to tell me that amazing story. And for me, the best way to do that is to ask as good questions as i can and step back and listen.
