What Is Agent Orange?

CNN's John Sutter talks about the health effects of Agent Orange. The herbicides were developed during World War II to use against the Japanese. But once they started being used in the war, scientists at Monsanto realized it was contaminated with dioxin. They figured out a way to change the manufacturing process to reduce or eliminate the dioxin and that would have changed the human health effects.
