For a woman who has one of the more impactful b r c a variants could be over 50 %, and they would tend to get it much younger in life. And similarly, we can identify from polygenic so now take that population, which in aggregate, maybe has ball park kind of ten percent lifetime risk for breast cancer. Now look for the ones in that population that have a high polygetic score according to the algorithm, and those women can have 50%. This is, i think, a relatively recen result, but i think they can also have, on an averageke earlier onset. So it's an incredibly powerful thing.
