Global Security Initiative

The global security initiative thing is interesting. I'm not sure people really have a grasp on what it is. All we know is that chijim ping thinks it's important, and it's some kind of banner chinese initiative for security announced at the boow forum. Nuclear weapons this year shangerla were a much bigger theme than than anybody had really anticipated. And so i think there there'restill several questions about, you know, what exactly china's vision for the regent is.
