The Importance of Collaboration in Construction

I was brought up with construction and business, I sort of wanted to make my own past. It's a great way for somebody to understand the industry is build a house or be part of build now - even if it's laboring. We got ourselves into some situations where, you know, we were overextended,. You know, all all our money was in one project because you didn't like to borrow too much. And that's probably one of my biggest lessons over the years, and then something that we're very, very careful of now, not getting overexposed to the market.
