Are You a Sales Person or a Coach?

A lot of people that might be coaches are uncomfortable with sales, but coaching is something you love. When I'm selling, I am really locating the ambition of another person or I'm locating the problem. Sales at the end of the day is just exchange of money for value. That's really monetization. And so the way I sell is very consultative. No different than a doctor, that's a consultive seller. So if you take that approach, it's like, I'm here to help you, I have a demonstrated capacity in doing this.
