There is no such thing as the lightning network. It's thust method of stringing compatible channels together. There'll be more channel types as we go as new technologies arise, like maybe c t v will have different channel types in l two and apt l c, h l c, like i mentioned. Andin justo you know, having channels advertised exchange rates to provide this service and route anything. But it'll always only be and extend as far as wich nodes in your network and your lightning network support what.
