I spread it out over seven days. And so I worked about 13 hours each day. It's like an extra five hours for seven days. But did you feel like with the tasks at hand that you were getting them done and then moving on and getting were you getting more done during that time? No, I got it about as much done during each of the weeks. So the tasks were expanding to the hours you designated for them. In the short run, working longer hours will make you more productive but only in the short run.
