Data Breach: Cisco's Third Party Support Agent Gets Hacked
Cisco warns of a data breach after cyber attack. Security breach exposed the agent support ticket queue, which contained user email addresses and messages exchanged with Discord support. The company believes the employee's data stolen from its systems during the breach is a combination of personal information for payroll, name, social security number, account numbers, and similar information.
