Connecting the Backs of Your Body With the Idea of the Past
Start by noticing the length of your body, whether you're laying down or standing up. Connect it with the sensation of your feet all the way up to the top of your head. Then see if you can imagine what the back of your body looks like. connect that with the idea of the past. And think of that as connecting with the outside world, connecting with community.
