The Importance of Upskilling Employees
I think the other really big benefit that organizations can get from that is by focusing on those groups that are at the greatest risk or experiencing the greatest level of distress, you can be very pointed with your interventions. And then we can actually have a bigger improvement for the people who need it the most. It's just about whether organizations are willing to make that initial investment in upskilling people to be able to do it correctly. I feel by retention and, you know, improve productivity by the employee, by meeting with our app. Yeah.
