The Dark Side of Dolls

I grew up in the 1830s, so things are a little bit different back then. I think fat is the least of our problems if the girls are saying that to each other. It's just this idea that reading that in a book is going to make kids a certain way. And as a result, Matilda, some of these books, they were a bit edgy,. definitely, as kids books before.
