How to Edit a Scene That Makes You Feel Special
The party sequence was one of the most creatively Explorative sequences in the sense that when we got the script there was a line that says and then like a cacophony of images As an editor you look at that and you're like, okay What am I supposed to do with that? Austin and I would just get on zoom and in sort of just like brainstorm She's having a party with her friends her mom's gone through it the whole week. We would drop down a bunch of ideas and then we would just go film ourselves Acting them out And it's come a long way from that, but I think what was really fun for us about editing this scene was getting to like ID.
