Gretchen Rubin: Being a questioner was a good kind of set of character traits for me as an interviewer. Some environments really reward the questioner drive toward efficiency and understanding, she says. But if you're in a place where it's all about executing someone else's vision, that might not work very well for a questioner said Rubin.
