For me, lie, running is hugely important. I think journalling at certain periods is really, really useful,. Just to kind of write out what you're feeling, set aside half an hour. For me, breath work is much more manageable. Psychodelics can be a kind of rocket ship and useful to kind of break you out if you're really sort of stuck. But for me, i'm a little bit more wary of because i think they, i think it much more difficult to integrate the insights that you can get from psychodelics.
