How Do We Prevent Violence From Happening?
90% of K through 12 school shooters are telling other people that they're gonna do this. The idea that perpetrators are insiders, I think really requires a shift in thinking. It's just not a problem we can punish our way out of. We have plenty of cases where somebody got expelled and then came back and did this.
