Roxanne Jones: I became really fascinated with the role of ritual in my life during the grieving process. She found an article called Ritual and Therapy for Prolonged Grief by Frontiers in Psychiatry. Jones: We have been using tools since the beginning of time to deal with grief, one of them is ritual. They say rituals are sensory, attentive and intentional acts that are performed in a structured or imaginative way.
After the loss of someone we love, we’re inevitably faced with the question, “How do I live with this grief?” In this episode of “Something to Normalize,” Ginny and Brandi offer some answers to this question. Through research and personal experiences with grief, they share strategies, powerful bits of wisdom, and practical tools they’ve discovered.
