The Mismanagement of the F-35

I think the basic thinking was, like we're going to win this fast. They'll be overwhelmed. They'll look to us like white gods. And that's it. There's a reason the F-35 gets paid for because services always want big ticket, gold plated items. The things that don't get priority are unsexy stuff like radios and armor plating transport vehicles.
