The best way to make them feel understood is understanding them. If we learn, teach people how to connect with another, you know, simple things I talk about in the book. How to use a bit of small talk to bridge that gap and build a common ground. Those are human skills. And we just need to focus more on those rather than putting on the act or being sales is an act because again, it's learned to behave.
