When you're ready to delegate, get clear on where you should be spending time in your business. And there's one other thing to keep in mind here, don't be tempted to do something that you delegate that you aren't happy with. I was so guilty of this when i was first getting started. So once i finally worked up the courage to delegate things, if it wasn't done right, i would just redo it and move on. It accomplishes absolutely nothing for growing a team to support you. You're robbing them of actually excelling in their position.
