Regulating Consumer Financial Services?

I think if you can give the pain and the complexity to somebody else to work with and pay a small premium on that, then you're much better off. We need to make sure that we're doing the right things for the consumer. Consumers are borrowing within their means. All of that is stuff that nobody is really going to argue against. So as long as that is taken into account, this is definitely a product that needs to be regulated.
