For me, personally, greg, i benche with a really midable arch, ike a pretty much bench flat back. I'm not going to take on extra grinding and pain in the shoulder just to put a few more pounds on the bar using a form. Thats probago, even take a little bit of that focus away from the peck anyway. If someone's not training for power lifting, i don't know that i'd recommend they bench in the first place. And also, like most people, find that the most comfortable a groove to press in is somewhere between pronated and neutral tends to be the most comfortable.
