You describe the kind of hospitality that you've created as unreasonable hospitality. What is unreasonable hospitality? When I look across disciplines at the people that are the most successful in them, they're all unreasonable in pursuit of the product they're creating. It goes back to that Maya Angelou quote, if all that people are going to remember is how you made them feel, then it should be in pursuit of that.
