Are You Judging Yourself Continually?

Wolt: I think it's a natural human inclination to judge and compare and compete. And judgment, for myself, is alrdy very inborn. So i judge myself constantly trying to escape judgment from other people. Have you sought communities, or maybe tribes or friendship groups where realied? Wolt: Actually, everybody here is the one that's going against the grain.
