I started to feel really good just drinking green juice every single day. I no longer was craving things that I once was like sugar, dairy, wheat and artificial sweeteners. So I'm going to do a juice cleanse. And I went, I lost 40 pounds in 90 days. Not adding, you know, any other diet practice to it or anything; not working out excessively. Still eating healthy food, but just adding a 32 ounce green juice every day,. 90 days, 40 pounds gone.
