The Power of Teachers

I ran an alternative high school for two years and I absolutely loved it. The teachers were all on a first name basis. They had been there for like 30 years, working with the same kind of tough kids. Even if you only did it a few years, what an amazing thing to put your time and your energy towards. That's amazing.
