Above the Line and Below the Line

80% of your job will be stuff other than writing a script, meeting, pitching, researching. I don't know if editors are officially above or below the line in terms of a budget because that delineation really comes from when you're budgeting. So it's tricky balance to figure out the time to write and continue to be creative. It's hard to generate your own work while you're doing that.
