Run, Walk, and Interval Workouts

Run walk is not an interval work out. You are going to be using it to increase the time you can spend on your feet, and often to also stay in a specific effort zone. And that effort zone is almost always called the easy zone. If we are running hard on our intervals, we are not staying in our easy zone. Because our bodies not understand pace. They only understand effort. We will talk about all o this and kind of break this all down a little bit later on.
