I was delighted reading through this book to see how often you mentioned feared or rosak. He is sort of, I think of him as somewhat in the same breath as MC Richards and a similarly limitable figure on that border between doing scholarship and doing poetry. In thinking about the myth of objectivity, it's like this idea of a subjectivity that somehow is not a part of what it beholds.
