The Importance of Designing for Everyone

The core message of the book is to make sure your design serves all your users well. As designers, we've been taught when we designed for everyone, we designed for no one. We need to be trying harder to figure out how we can serve more people. But at the same time, every one of those interactions is literally individual. It's the better us - it's to that one person.
