"We need to be able to turn toward and acknowledge when we're suffering to be with our pain long enough to respond with care and kindness" "The very first step to take is to be presence of your mindset to respond in a new way so we need to be present to respond," says Dr. Pippa Rizzo, who has been battling ADHD for the past few years. 'I want to give you a different point of view that is more self-compassion uh or compassionate so you can kind of see the difference,' she adds. "'You ready p i'  i thought it might be helpful to talk about these three elements,'" he concludes.
