Removing Reflection in Triathlon Training
Resistance is the blocks that our minds put up in place to slow or even stop our progress. Oftentimes they can be found when you're struggling with something out of your own perception. The more we reduce the friction in our lives, the better off we will be at pursuing what we want and accomplishing it. For example, i have a friend who gets anxious when driving downtown because I don't know how to get into his parking lot. It's not more fuel that we need but removing friction from our lives.
