What's Powerful?

What's powerful is dependent on all those broader, the context I could say to include all that. So power in a tyranny is somewhat related to power in a monarchy, or power in an oligarch. But they're no longer that they don't have the same content. They're not into the same ends. The actual mechanisms of power aren't the same. And so if we are in the modern state of affairs, these questions are off the table. We just move immediately forward and say, how’s the boss on top going to arrange things? In various ways.
