Project management seems like a clear idea, but how do you define it and think about it in a way that might be different than what people assume? Well i've been facing that kind of discontent or disinterest in project management for 25 years. So for me, i want to move out from that project management term and move it up into projectsand. And we to projects. For me, the definition is anything that has to deal with change. That's projects.
