I've Had Many Fails as a Worship Leader
When i think of fails, i will tello myself as well. I've had many fails. One that i was thinking about earlier was when a friend of mine had just joined the team at church. He had become the worship director at the church. And so here he comes in, and we had a guitar player on the team that would always up like, 30, 35 minutes late. If it's consistent, that means that there's something that's fixable and is an issue. But rejection should never be the first thing that you start at.
