Women still are disproportionately taking up more of the household tasks, even thogh they are both at work. How do we fix this is, again, very, very difficult. But one of the main things is talking about it and recognizing that it exists. Won't you think your husband learnt taking parental leave? That is an excellent question. I certainly learned that i it's so fortunate for the children to have two parents who are kind of approaching parenthood in different ways.
