Should I Wait or Jump on Buying a Home?

PECB: I don't know if waiting three or four months is going to change the financing options that are available. When it comes to inventory, this happens every single year. Sellers get more excited earlier in the season. But I wouldn't be waiting until April or May. That way you may get a jump on a property before more buyers start entering the market.
