All our family is within 20 s of our new place. The kids are pumped to be so close to the grandparents, and hopefully we like it here. We severely underestimated the time and mental energy required to make the move. And that doesn't even take into account the months we spent house hunting in futility. So i'm focused much more on a setting up a business and life style that fits the ultimate vision that i have for myself versus comparing it against what other people are doing. Do what works for you.
