Is There a Third Man in the Robbery?

The defense would later learn that a man named Eric Burley had told police that he'd seen Donald Jackson in the company of two men. He was armed with a revolver that matched the description of the one used in the robbery. The shoes were tested and came back negative for both blood and barbecue sauce. But neither blood nor barbecue sauce were found on the shoes. Both tests were never turned over to the defense even though the prosecution had the test results.
