Is It a View Controller?
In the old days, developers used to helling a view based on what it should look like manually. But Google is trying to make this easier by using an ' angular back ionic' data binding system. This means you don't have to do cause-and-effect transitions between views and objects in your code. It's less about actual platform size and screen resolution but more about how things change over time.
