Knowing they have a strong tool box that not just ta t know of, but they actually use and work for them. I go for walk, i meditate or i read, listen to music. What are some internal things in addition to that, that they have that they can regulate themselves with? Socomfortable place and containment, breathing exercises. And then also knowing that the process is so fluid, that it's not black and white.
