God, May We Treat Your Word as Hallowid This Morning

We need you because we are so selfish. We want to be like christ, who didn't come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many. Help us even right now. Rescue us from our own selfishness that we could love each other more than ourselves. Amen. If ye have your bibles, if you'll turn with me to matthew, chapter 25, verse 31. This is jesus speaking at the end of his life, am here on earth. And a he has just confronted the religious leaders, the pharisees, and then he gives this message about his return. He is about to go to the cross.
